Q: Alyse, I try to lift and/or run 3 times a week. I take supplements (protien shakes/bars, creatine sometimes) in order to get my protien intake. I'm on the run constantly at work and find it hard to consume what I should be eating. Should I be worried? Also, are multivitamins adequate substitutions for eating the right amounts of fruits/vegetables? thanks!
